This page reads the strength line for every brand we stock, converts percent to milligrams per milliliter so the numbers can be compared, lists which brands ship a 0mg edition, and explains why a 200,000-puff hookah vape can hold less total nicotine than an 18 mL disposable. Quick Answer
Almost every US disposable is 5% nicotine, which is 50 mg/mL salt nicotine. Foger (often spelled Fogger), Flum, Off Stamp, Nexa, Lost Angel, Dojo, Meloso, Kado Bar and VOZOL ship at that one strength with no lower tier and no 0mg version.
The exceptions are worth knowing. RELX runs 3% (30 mg/mL) on most pods with 5% on a few marked flavors. Olit Hookalit hookah vapes run 0.35% (3.5 mg/mL), about one fourteenth of a standard disposable. Geek Bar's DTL Burj 80K runs 0.5% (5 mg/mL). Lost Mary offers a 2% (20 mg/mL) tier on some MT15000 Turbo flavors.

Nicotine Percent vs mg/mL, and What "Nicotine Salt" Means
The strength on a vape box is printed either as a percent or as milligrams per milliliter, and the two describe the same thing. Percent is nicotine by weight of the e-liquid. Because e-liquid is close to one gram per milliliter, one percent works out to roughly 10 mg of nicotine in every milliliter. So 5% is 50 mg/mL, 3% is 30 mg/mL, 2% is 20 mg/mL, 0.5% is 5 mg/mL, and the 0.35% on an Olit Hookalit is 3.5 mg/mL. When a listing says "5% (50mg)", it is repeating itself in both units, not describing two different products.
The number that trips people up is "5 mg". A 5% device does not contain five milligrams of nicotine. It contains 50 milligrams in every milliliter, and a modern disposable holds somewhere between 15 and 25 milliliters, so the whole device carries several hundred milligrams. We come back to that math further down, because it is the honest way to compare a 9,000-puff device with a 60,000-puff one.
One more unit shows up on bottled juice and nicotine pouches: plain "mg". On a bottle, "50mg" is shorthand for 50 mg/mL, the same as 5%. Every 5% disposable on this page uses nicotine salt, which the spec sheets shorten to "salt nic". Nicotine salt is nicotine bound to an acid, usually benzoic acid; the Foger ingredients page lists benzoate or lactate as the salt form depending on the batch. Freebase nicotine, the older form used in most bottled juice for sub-ohm tanks, gets progressively harsher on the throat as the concentration rises, which is why freebase bottles mostly stop around 12 mg/mL. The salt form is far smoother at the same concentration, and that is the only reason a 50 mg/mL liquid is comfortable to inhale in a small mouth-to-lung device at all.
This matters for reading strengths. A 50 mg/mL salt pod and a 12 mg/mL freebase bottle are not in the same league of nicotine per puff, even though the salt version feels gentler. When people ask "are foggers salt nic", the answer is yes, and the smoothness is a property of the salt form rather than a sign that the strength is low. The strength is the highest a US disposable normally goes.

How Much Nicotine Is in a Fogger (Foger) Vape?
Foger is spelled with one G. Enough people type "Fogger" that the misspelling now has its own search volume, and both spellings point at the same brand and the same pods, so we use both on this page. The answer to "how much nicotine is in a Fogger vape" is the simplest on this list: 5%, which is 50 mg/mL salt nicotine. That single strength covers the Bit 35K disposable, the Switch Pro 30K kit and every Switch Pro replacement pod. There is no 0% Foger, no 2% and no 3%. Foger's own zero-nicotine page says the same thing: as of its last update there is no nicotine-free tier at any point in the lineup.
People also ask whether a Fogger has a lower "nic" setting because the Switch Pro has an airflow slider and an Eco mode. Those change how the draw feels, not what is in the liquid. Eco mode runs the coil cooler than Boost and a tighter airflow softens each pull, so a Fogger can feel milder without the concentration moving from 50 mg/mL. If you want less nicotine per session on a Foger, the only lever is how many puffs you take.
The other Foger question that arrives daily is "is a fogger a vape or weed". A Foger is a nicotine vape. There is no THC, no CBD and no cannabis-derived compound in the formulation or on the batch certificate. The confusion comes from the name; "fogger" sounds like something that produces a fog, and the same word is used for pest-control devices, so the search results get muddled. Geek Bar Nicotine Percentage: Pulse, Pulse X2, Burj and Pulse Zero
"Geek bar nicotine percentage", "how much nicotine is in a geek bar" and "geek bar nicotine mg" all get one answer for the mainstream devices: 5% nicotine salt, 50 mg/mL. That covers the Pulse 15K, Pulse 2 25K, Pulse X 25K, Pulse X2 50K, Skyview 25K, Hero 20K, Lush, 911 GT 16K, Mate 60K, Clio 50K and CLR 50K. Geek Bar states plainly that it does not sell a 2% or 3% version in the US, so a listing that advertises a low-nic Geek Bar is describing something other than the current lineup.
There are two exceptions, and they sit at opposite ends. The Burj 80K is a direct-to-lung shisha-style device, and direct-lung vapor at 50 mg/mL would be unpleasant for almost anyone, so it runs 0.5%, which is 5 mg/mL. That is the same logic hookah vapes use: a big, open draw calls for a much lower concentration. The other exception is the Pulse Zero Nicotine, built on the Pulse 15K chassis with a 0% version of the liquid. RAZ and Lost Mary: 5% Standard, With Real 0mg Editions
RAZ is a 5% brand across all five device lines: TN9000, LTX 25000 (the DC25000 platform), RYL 35K, RX 50K and VUE 50K. RAZ says there is no 3% or 2% step-down tier, so the nicotine level is the same whichever RAZ you pick. What RAZ does have is a proper Zero Nicotine collection: 0% editions of the TN9000 and of the 25K platform, sold under the LTX 25000 and DC25000 names, using the same flavor recipes as the nicotine versions. RAZ is candid that a Zero Nic device does not satisfy the same craving as a 5% one; it is a flavor product, not a substitute for the nicotine version. Lost Mary is the one big disposable brand with three tiers. Standard devices are 5% (50 mg/mL) salt nicotine. The MT15000 Turbo also offers a 2% (20 mg/mL) tier on a subset of core flavors, which Lost Mary calls the Mid tier. And the MT35000 Turbo Zero Nicotine is the brand's only 0mg device, carrying five flavors, including Blue Razz Ice, Baja Splash, Miami Mint and Winter Mint, on the full 18 mL MT35000 hardware. The Quasar OS25000, Nera 70K, VIZ 55K and the 5000-series pods are 5% only. If you search "lost mary mt35000 zero nicotine", that is the product. The 5% Block: Flum, Off Stamp, Nexa, Lost Angel, Dojo, Meloso, Kado Bar and VOZOL
Nine of the fifteen brands on this page sell exactly one strength, and it is the same one. Flum lists every device at 5% (50 mg) salt nicotine: UT Bar Pro 50K, Clear Tank 50K, Pro 25K, Mello 20K, Mello Pro 50K, Float Ryzo 60K, plus the older Pebble, Gio and Float. There is no Flum zero edition. Off Stamp's own site does not print a strength line at all, which is unusual; our product data lists the SW9000, SW16000, X-Cube 25K and X-Cube 35K Crystal at 5%, and we flag that source difference so you know where the number comes from.
Nexa states in its own words that all its disposables are 5% salt nicotine and that there is no 2% or 3% variant in the US market. Lost Angel runs the same 5% (50 mg/mL) recipe on the Mate 50K pods and the Sphere 35K. Dojo lists the Purex 60K, Sphere S 40K and iMate X 20K at 5%, and is one of the few brands to publish total nicotine: an iMate X pod holds about 750 mg across its 15 mL, which works out to roughly 0.04 mg per puff over a 20,000-puff rating. Meloso is a Geek Bar line, so the Meloso 30K and Meloso Max 2 12000 share Geek Bar's 5% spec. Kado Bar's KB10000 and Snap 25K are fixed at 5%; the NI40K is the interesting one, with a nicotine control dial that lets you turn delivery down from the full 5% to a lighter draw without changing pods, the only such control on this page.
VOZOL closes the block at 5%. Its Rave Swap 70K pods are 5% salt nicotine, and VOZOL's own page puts a number on the total: an 18 mL Mega 50K or Star 40K holds about 900 mg of nicotine, a 20 mL Vista 40K about 1,000 mg. VOZOL also says directly that it will not describe a nicotine-free version of a product it does not sell in this market, which is the clearest "no 0mg" statement any brand here makes. RELX: The 3% Brand
RELX is the outlier among full-size pod brands because its default is 3% (30 mg/mL) salt nicotine, not 5%. That is true of the Pro Pods for the Infinity 2 Plus, the Ultra pods, the Creator 35K pods, and the Nova 30K and Pocket 30K disposables. A short list of Pro Pod flavors is also offered at 5% and is marked "(5% Nic)" on the listing: Mint Freeze, Watermelon Ice, Menthol Xtra, Lemon Mint, Grape, Classic Tobacco, Tieguanyin Tea, Spearmint, Ice Sparkling and Double Menthol are the ones we carry at both strengths. The Crystal 15K disposable is 5% only.
In practice, a RELX at 3% delivers noticeably less nicotine per puff than any 5% disposable, and the SilkMesh coil's smooth draw makes the gap feel bigger than the numbers suggest. Vapers who find every 5% device too strong but do not want to drop to zero usually end up here, or on Lost Mary's 2% tier. How Much Nicotine Is in a Flavored Hookah Vape?
"How much nicotine is in flavored hookah?" is the single most-searched question on this page, and the answer depends on whether the hookah is charcoal or electronic. For the electronic kind, every Olit Hookalit we stock, the 40K, Pro 60K, Plus 100K and Mega 200K, runs 0.35% nicotine, which is 3.5 mg/mL. That is about one fourteenth of a standard 5% disposable and roughly one ninth of a 3% RELX. Olit chose that level on purpose: traditional charcoal shisha typically contains 0.05% to 0.5% nicotine per gram of tobacco, and water-base dilution means the nicotine taken in per session is lower than a cigarette, so the Hookalit spec is calibrated to that lower-intensity, long-session profile rather than to a pocket disposable.
The per-device total is where hookah vapes surprise people. The Mega 200K holds 80 mL of liquid. At 3.5 mg/mL, that is 280 mg of nicotine in a device rated for 200,000 puffs. An 18 mL 5% disposable rated for 35,000 to 50,000 puffs holds around 900 mg. So the hookah vape delivers less total nicotine over four to five times as many puffs, which is exactly what a device built for slow, shared, direct-lung sessions should do. Puff Count, Bottles and Total Nicotine per Device
Puff count and nicotine strength are independent numbers, and confusing them is the most common mistake in this whole topic. A 9,000-puff RAZ TN9000 and a 50,000-puff RAZ RX 50K are both 5%; each puff delivers about the same nicotine. The bigger device simply holds more liquid, so it carries more total nicotine and lasts longer. The rough formula is capacity in mL multiplied by mg/mL. Dojo's 15 mL iMate X at 50 mg/mL is 750 mg; VOZOL's 18 mL Mega 50K is 900 mg; Olit's 80 mL Mega 200K at 3.5 mg/mL is 280 mg. Divide by the rated puff count and you get nicotine per puff: about 0.04 mg on the iMate X, and far less per puff on the hookah vape.
Puff counts on the box are laboratory ratings under short, light draws. Long draws empty a device in fewer puffs and deliver more nicotine per puff; Boost or Turbo modes do the same, which is why Lost Mary rates the MT35000 at 35,000 puffs in Smooth mode but about 20,000 in Turbo. The concentration never changes, but the amount vaporized per pull does. When someone says a certain device "hits harder", they usually mean more liquid per puff, not a higher strength.
Bottled juice is the one place you pick your strength directly. Searches for "nicotine free disposable vape", "0 nicotine disposable vape" and "zero nicotine vape" are large and the answer is short, because only a handful of brands sell a sealed factory 0mg product. How to Read the Strength Line on the Box
The strength is printed on the retail box and usually on the device shell, next to the puff rating and the e-liquid capacity. It is written one of four ways: "5%", "50mg", "50mg/mL" or "5% (50mg)". All four mean the same thing. A box that says "2%" or "20mg" is a lower tier, which in the brands above only Lost Mary sells. "3%" or "30mg" is RELX territory. "0.35%" is a hookah vape. "0%", "0mg" or "Zero Nicotine" is a nicotine-free edition, and on RAZ, Geek Bar and Lost Mary it is a separate product name, not a variant option on the standard box.
Two things to check alongside the strength. First, the capacity in mL, because that is what turns a concentration into a total; a 5% device with 16 mL and a 5% device with 24 mL are not the same amount of nicotine. Second, the nicotine warning, which is required on every nicotine product and is the easiest way to tell at a glance whether you are holding a nicotine device or a 0mg one; the zero editions carry different packaging text.
