2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date, provided:

  • The item is unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging
  • The item is in resalable condition
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery
Not eligible: Opened or used devices, clearance or final-sale items.

3. 1-Year Warranty on Manufacturing Defects

All products purchased from topvapeflavors.com are covered by a 1-year limited warranty:

  • Battery failure — Device does not charge or hold a charge
  • Coil / heating element defect — Burnt taste on a new device, no vapor production
  • Leaking — E-liquid leaks from a factory-sealed unit
  • Auto-fire or sensor failure — Device fires without input or does not activate
Not covered: Normal wear and tear, physical damage (drops, water exposure), flavor preference, and depleted e-liquid.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Contact support within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging (or the incorrect item received)
  • Include the order number

TopVapeFlavors will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Return shipping is covered by us.

5. How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

  2. Provide evidence — For defective or damaged items, attach clear photos or a short video.
  3. Receive instructions — Our team will respond within 1 business day with next steps.
  4. Ship the item back (if applicable) — Pack securely and ship using the provided label. We cover return shipping for defective and damaged items.
  5. Refund or replacement processed — Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection. Replacements ship within 24 hours from City of Industry, CA.
