Are your products authentic?+
Yes. We source directly from authorized distributors and verify every unit. Most devices carry a scratch-code authenticity panel you can check through the brand's official portal. We never sell clones or gray-market stock — see our Product Authentication page for how to verify your device.
Where do you ship from and how fast?+
All orders ship from our City of Industry, CA warehouse via USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed before 2 PM PST on a business day ship the same day; delivery is typically 2–5 business days in the contiguous US. Shipping is free on orders over $80.
Do I have to be 21 to order?+
Yes. You must be 21 or older to purchase. Every order is age-verified at checkout under the federal PACT Act, and delivery requires an adult signature with valid 21+ ID. We cannot waive this — it's federal law, not store policy.
What's your return and warranty policy?+
Unopened, unused items in original packaging are covered by a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Manufacturing defects (coil failure, battery malfunction, leaking not caused by misuse) are covered by a 1-year defect warranty. Opened or used devices can't be returned for health reasons. Which states can't you ship to?+
We can't ship to a handful of states with vape-specific delivery restrictions, and we don't ship internationally. If you order from a restricted state we'll refund and notify you within one business day. Our Shipping Policy page lists current exclusions.
