Carrier scanned at the delivery address. If you don't see the parcel within 24 hours of this scan, see "Lost or damaged" below.

On hold
Paused for an issue we're working on (failed address, chargeback, age-verification flag). You'll get an email explaining the hold within 24 hours.
If tracking says delivered but it isn't there.
- Wait 48 hours after the "delivered" scan. About 1 in 20 of those scans land the next day — the scan fires when the package leaves the truck for the route, not at the door.
- Check the property — neighbor porches, recessed entryways, side gates, package lockers, and mailrooms account for most missing deliveries.
- Email service@topvapeflavors.com with the order number, the tracking number, and a one-line description.
- We file the carrier claim and reship — a replacement order ships the next business day after we open the claim, you don't wait for it to resolve.
