We source every device direct from authorized distributors. Here's how to confirm yours is genuine using the brand's own scratch-code portal — and what to do if a code won't verify.
Most major brands we carry — RAZ, Geek Bar, Lost Mary, Flum, and others — print a security code on the retail box, usually under a silver scratch panel on the back or bottom face. Scratch off the coating with a coin or fingernail to reveal the alphanumeric code. Some brands use a QR code instead of, or alongside, the scratch code.
If a device's packaging has no security code and the brand normally uses one, treat it as suspect and contact us.
Authenticity codes are issued and checked by each manufacturer, not by TopVapeFlavors — we don't operate a parallel portal, and any site claiming to be "the TopVapeFlavors verification portal" is not us. Enter your code (or scan the QR) at the brand's official verification page printed on the box. A genuine code resolves to a confirmation page in a few seconds.
If you can't find the brand's portal, email service@topvapeflavors.com with your order number and a photo of the code and we'll point you to the right link.
A passing result means the code was issued by the manufacturer, has not been used before, and matches the batch records. The page typically shows the device model and a manufacture or batch reference that should match the printed labels on your box.
